This place is fucking amazing - see picture below - they love smokers, heaters, an actual roof, sofas outside - this is amazing.
SMOKING: Room for about 400 people with heaters and seats.
LOCATION: Folgate Street (just off shoredtich high street)
TUBE: Liverpool St
UPSIDE: Seats, heaters, a roof, warmth - its amazing
DOWNSIDE: not much really
HOURS: pub hours

On your recommenation went down there tonight, it is the bees knees. Mein host Jessica from New Zealand is charming and the ladies behind the bar are very attractive. City suits and a convivial atmosphere, good beer and wine. Warm and comfortable its like going back er....3 months to June2007. Knees were cold after 3 hours but everywhere else as warm as toast. The heaters are the nuts. A must for the smoker in the city. ASH and the spokesbitch Amanda Sandford can go whistle Dixie.

The Water Poet, well where can I start, there is absolutely nothing not to like about this place, not only great of smokers, but fantastic for chilling man!

This pub is brilliant. The Water Poet is great, especially if you are a smoker, it has a brilliant outdoor area to chill in. I would compare it to being as good as the big chill out bar in Kings Cross.
